Accounts and Admin Executive

Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processing.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely filing of taxes, manage GST returns, and comply with local tax regulations. Keep records updated to facilitate audits and financial reviews.
- Vendor and Client Payments: Manage vendor contracts, ensure timely payments, and follow up with clients for overdue payments. Maintain a healthy cash flow by optimizing payment cycles.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
- Office Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of office operations, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of facilities, and coordinating with vendors.
- HR Support: Support recruitment processes, employee onboarding, leave management, and ensure compliance with labour laws. Handle employee records and payroll coordination.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain company documentation, legal papers, contracts, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
